N50 No Load Spinning Reel
Qualia Fishing Reels has developed a replacement for the NLF series spinning reels.
The new reels are much lighter, stronger, and have a faster retrieve, yet we have maintained the best features of the original NLF reels including the anti-reverse switch to allow you to back off if the line is caught some place. The body is made of aircraft aluminum and the bearings and all of the hardware is stainless steel. The rotor assembly is made of machined graphite. The spools are made of machined aluminum and have a bearing in the bottom to assure a very low friction attachment to the reel shaft.
The reel has 6 stainless steel bearings and a stainless steel one way bearing. The reel has a 5.7:1 gear ratio which means you will retrieve up to 50 inches of line for every revolution of the handle
